Franco broken!

In Spain, the Franco Foundation is to be dissolved. This was reported by Spanish media following a government decision at the end of October. According to reports, the Fundación Nacional Francisco Franco has received a notification from the Ministry of Culture and now has the opportunity to comment on the proceedings. The foundation is accused of promoting and glorifying Francoism and of humiliating and mocking the victims of the Spanish dictatorship. If the courts, before which the case will be heard next year at the earliest, follow the expert opinion and the government's argumentation, the foundation would lose its non-profit status. The goal is to close the foundation, which was established in 1976.
