09. 06. 2026 German-Indian Forum in June 2026

The AfD invited to a "German-Indian Forum" on security and prosperity in the German Bundestag. Kartikeya Sharma (member of the Upper House) and Arun Nehru (member of the Lower House) had traveled from India to address representatives of the far-right parliamentary group. The event was hosted by Markus Frohnmaier, who is not only the AfD’s foreign policy spokesperson but also the deputy chair of the German-Indian Parliamentary Group.

Further representatives were Johann Martel (MP AfD), Rocco Kever (MP AfD), Rainer Rothfuß (MP AfD), Malte Kaufmann (MP AfD), Matthias Rentzsch (MP AfD), Denis Pauli (MP AfD) and Steffen Kotré (MP AfD) and a representative of the Indian Embassy whose name moderator Martel could not pronounce.
