Argentina signs the Geneva Consensus Declaration

Following meetings in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Paraguay, this regional meetings was held under the theme “A New Era for Ibero-America,” with the goal of developing a common roadmap for political cooperation between Spain and Latin America.
