Argentine businessman, far-right campaign manager, and media strategist Fernando Cerimedo has left a long trail through Latin America’s elections in recent years. He has now been arrested in the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra on charges of femicide.

The declaration aims to ensure that the signatory states ban abortion, strengthen the traditional view of the family, and expand the decision-making authority of individual states vis-à-vis international organizations such as the UN.
