Turning Point Action organized the Alliance of Sovereign Nations Conference 2026 in Washington DC. Honorary Chair of the event was Anna Paulina Luna who advertised this event since December: "Time to tell the WEF [World Economic Forum] they can keep their creepy bug eating dystopian bs to themselves. Looking forward to hosting BASED only members from allied nations."

Announced speakers were Luna, Speaker Mike Johnson, Byron Donalds, Randy Fine, Eli Crane, Ryan Zinke, Derrick Van Orden, Andy Ogles, Kat Cammack, Ted Ellis (America First Policy Institute), Arno Gujon (Serbian Progressive Party), George Simion (AUR, Romania), Geadis Geadi (ELAM), Barbara Bonte (Vlaams Belang, Belgium), Kilvett Bertrand (National Party of Honduras), Mariam Lashki (Georgia), Petra Steger (FPÖ, Austria), Markus Frohnmaier (AfD), António Tânger Corrêa (Chega, Portugal), Nikoloz Samkharadze (Georgia), Raul Latorre (Paraguay), Zeljka Cvijanović (SNSD, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
